Steven Grant Rogers is a superhero primarily portrayed by Chris Evans in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) media franchise—based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name—commonly known by his alias, Captain America. Rogers is depicted as a World War II-era super soldier who was given a serum that provided him with superhuman abilities, including enhanced durability, strength, and athleticism.[8][9] During his fight against the Nazi secret organization Hydra, he was frozen in the Arctic for nearly seventy years until being revived in the 21st century.
Rogers becomes a founding member and leader of the Avengers. Following internal conflict within the Avengers due to the Sokovia Accords and Thanos initiating the Blip, Rogers leads the team on a final mission, and they successfully restore trillions of lives across the universe and defeat Thanos. After attending The College of the Holy Cross, Steven became a Certified Public Accountant and went on to fill various roles in public accounting and private industry. When asked to describe his professional career, he uses the phrase, “fortunate beyond all reason.” It enabled him to travel extensively around the United States, visit Amsterdam, England and South America, meet famous people like Alan Alda, Howie Long, and Earl Hamner, ride in a private jet, tour a nuclear power plant, interact with members of Congress, and, incredibly, stand next to Bill Clinton as the former President shaved in a public restroom. More importantly, his corporate career created profound and enduring friendships. In addition, Steve fondly remembers his time as a fifth-grade teacher, a role he filled for three years between financially oriented gigs.

Steven Gordon Rodgers (born 23 June 1951) is a former Australian politician. He was a Labor member of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland from 2001 to 2004, representing the seat of Burdekin.
Biography
Rodgers was born in Lismore, New South Wales, and qualified as a boilermaker. He underwent national service from April 1972 to January 1973. In 1997 he was certified as a carpet cleaning technician by the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute. Rodgers held the posts of President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Burdekin ALP branch before his election to the seat in a surprise win in 2001, pushing incumbent City Country Alliance member Jeff Knuth into third place. He was defeated by National Party candidate Rosemary Menkens in 2004. While he led on the first count, Menkens overtook him on preferences from Knuth, who ran as an independent. He tried to regain Burdekin in 2006 and was unsuccessful.[1]
